Mike Haenel,
Senior Vice President and
Andy Markham, Senior
Vice President, have a combined 30 years of experience in the
sales and leasing of industrial properties, back-office buildings and land
throughout Arizona. Mike and Andy were recognized at the
NAIOP Industrial
Brokerage Team of the Year in 2006, 2003 and 2001 and were nominated for the award in
2000, 2005 and 2007. Mike has achieved Grubb & Ellis Circle of Excellence status
since 1997, and Andy achieved this honor in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Mike Haenel was the Tournament Chairman for the 2006
FBR Open (formerly Phoenix Open), with an
estimated economic impact of approximately $200 million. This year the event
had record setting attendance of 538,777 and generated in excess of $6.5
million for local charities.
Along with Mike Haenel, Andy Markham is an active member of The Thunderbirds organization.

NAIOP
is a national association with more than 12,500+ members and an extensive
network of 50 chapters that represent the interests of developers and owners of
industrial, office and related commercial real estate throughout North America.
NAIOP provides communication, networking and business opportunities for all
real estate related professionals; provides a forum for continuing education;
and promotes effective public policy, through its grassroots network, to
create, protect and enhance property values. The forum for commercial real
estate both locally and nationally, NAIOP promotes effective public policy
through its grassroots network to create, protect and enhance property values.
It offers education programs, research on trends and innovations, networking
opportunities and strong legislative representation. Our members are the
principal players who shape the industry.
ULI–the Urban Land Institute
is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit research and education organization
supported by its members. Founded in 1936, the institute now has more than
25,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real
estate development disciplines, working in private enterprise and public
service. As the preeminent, multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI
facilitates the open exchange of ideas, information and experience among local,
national and international industry leaders and policy makers dedicated to
creating better places.
The mission of the Urban Land Institute is to provide responsible leadership in
the use of land to enhance the total environment. Members say that ULI is a
trusted idea place where leaders come to grow professionally and personally
through sharing, mentoring, and problem solving. With pride, ULI members commit

East Valley Partnership
is an important voice in the community that:

• As Arizona’s eleventh largest trade organization, provides industry
networking and education
• Speaks for over 500 member companies that represent 100 business
categories including developers, attorneys, engineers, general contractors,
subcontractors, and other professionals who are integral to the real estate

Valley Partnership members include developers and real estate professional
including architects, engineers, attorneys, other professionals and government
bodies that affect commercial development related issues. East Valley Partnership
has more than 500 member companies that represent the best that the real estate
development industry has to offer, and the organization continues to grow.
The
Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC)
is a one-stop resource for economic development contacts, and demographic,
economic, and related information about Maricopa County and the 16 communities
that comprise the metropolitan region. As a pioneer in regional economic
development, GPEC is dedicated to collaboration. They work closely with member
communities, local companies, educational institutions, and other partners to
make site location search as informative and efficient as possible.
Mesa Chamber of Commercehas
worked to stimulate the community's economic health and improve its quality of
life. The Chamber is busier than ever today providing traditional services and
expanding its programs to better serve its members and the community. The
Chamber has had a hand in creating an environment that will continue to be
attractive for positive economic opportunities. Officers govern the Chamber and
set the policy for the Chamber, establish its goals and are responsible for its
operation.
